How to add an eSIM on iPhone
- 1Open Settings on your iPhone.
- 2Tap Cellular (or Mobile Service).
- 3Tap Add eSIM.
- 4Select Use QR Code and scan the personal QR from your delivery email. If Open Photos is available, you can choose the saved QR image.
- 5Tap Continue / Add eSIM to confirm, then wait for the setup process to finish.
How to add an eSIM on Android
- 1Open Settings.
- 2Tap Connections (or Network & internet).
- 3Select SIM manager (or SIMs).
- 4Tap Add eSIM.
- 5Choose Scan QR code from service provider and scan your personal eSIM QR with the camera. Confirm Add if prompted and wait for setup to finish.

How will I receive my eSIM?
Our team emails your personal eSIM QR code and installation guide within 12 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery is manual. Check your inbox and spam folder, and contact us with your PayPal transaction ID if your email has not arrived within that time.
When does my plan start?
Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects to the mobile network in Vietnam, not when you install it abroad. You must make that first connection within 30 days of installation. If you are already in Vietnam, installing and enabling it may start the plan immediately.
Which phones can use this eSIM?
You need an eSIM-compatible phone that is unlocked for other networks. Availability varies by model, country of purchase and carrier. Check for an “Add eSIM” option in your mobile settings and confirm with your device manufacturer or carrier. Send us your exact model if you need help.
Can I share my internet connection?
Yes. Personal hotspot is supported, so you can share your connection with a laptop or another device. Shared usage counts toward your daily 5GB allowance. Signal and speeds depend on location, device and network conditions.
What happens after I use 5GB in a day?
Each plan includes 5GB of high-speed data per day. Internet access stops once you use all 5GB. A new 5GB allowance becomes available the next day while your plan is valid. There is no reduced-speed connection after the daily allowance runs out.
Do I need to submit a passport?
No passport upload or customer identity-registration step is required for this travel eSIM offer.
How do I install it on the same phone as my email?
Your delivery email includes the installation instructions for your eSIM. You can display the QR on another screen and scan it with your phone. If that is not possible, contact us for an available alternative installation method. Keep the QR private and don’t delete an installed eSIM without asking support.
What if I have a problem or need a refund?
You can request a refund if your eSIM has not been activated on the mobile network in Vietnam. A USD 1 refund fee is deducted from the refund amount. Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your PayPal transaction ID so we can check activation status and process your request.
What if I accidentally delete my eSIM?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your PayPal transaction ID. We can issue a replacement QR code for a USD 1 fee and help you install it.
